SELF ASSIST, what is it?
This mobile application is an helping tool to secure maintenance and troubleshooting tool for our customers willing to carry out their maintenance operations on bioMérieux instruments*.
What are the main benefits?
With SELF ASSIST, you can now:
- View your installed base in real time.
- Use a QR code to easily access your systems' machine files: user and service manuals, troubleshooting guide, photos, videos tutorials, etc.
- Manage your spare parts inventory in just a few clicks.
- Start, complete, or consult a maintenance operation.
- Generate an intervention report at the end of each maintenance operation.
- Issue a checklist for each preventive maintenance operation.
- Secure access to the application with unique credentials.
