Simple Wellness is everyday fitness, stretching and mindfulness made easy, so you can make wellness a daily habit and build a healthy body and mind. Simple Wellness is for anyone, whether you’re brand new to wellness or a seasoned expert. Our guided routines are 20 minutes, so you can fit them into your daily schedule. Routines include exercises for your total body, upper body, lower body, arms, chest, back, abs, and glute; full body stretching; and mindfulness. Each routine can be customized for your individual needs by adjusting intensity, pace and rest. Routine instruction is accompanied by ambient music to create a calming and focused atmosphere. No equipment needed, all exercises can be done with just your body weight. In addition, we deliver a 20-minute routine for each day of the week—just open the app and press play: Monday – Total Body Tuesday – Upper Body Wednesday – Lower Body Thursday – Arms & Abs Friday – Chest, Back & Abs Saturday – Abs & Glutes Sunday – Mind & Body Build a healthy body and mind at home and without having to go to the gym.
