In accommodation facilities that use the innovative SmartAccess system, you can access your room and common services, comfortably and safely with your smartphone, without having to have a key or physical badge. When booking, you will receive an email containing instructions for downloading the app, and your virtual access badge attached. Once the app has been installed, press on the attachment (or alternatively, scan the QR code provided to you via your phone's camera) and access the facility completely automatically. Once in front of the door of your room, or to open any gates outside the structure or access to common services, press on the lock symbol in the app, and scan the QR code in front of the door to be opened. If the structure provides it, from the SmartAccess app you can also manage the automations of your room, such as lights, motorized curtains, or adjust the optimal temperature.
