We’ve fixed some minor bugs and made enhancements to the Smartly app.

We've resolved an issue where managers couldn't view their employees' leave balances when adding or editing leave on behalf, along with some other minor fixes.

We've updated our sick leave calculations so leave hours and days automatically adjust for employees on standard hours when editing.

The timesheets issue has been resolved and users can now enter their timesheets.

We’ve added some new functionality for all users. Managers can now easily add and edit leave and timesheets on behalf of their team. Plus, it’s even faster for employees to enter their timesheets with our new prefilled timesheets and the ability to copy from past timesheets.

This update includes security and stability improvements, as well as some minor fixes.

Mobile notifications are now available on the Smartly app. This means everyone is kept in the loop when leave requests and timesheet entries are submitted, approved, or declined. Easy as!H

We’ve fixed an issue with projected leave balances that may have affected customers using our Payroll Two and Payroll Three plans.

We’ve added some new functionality for customers using our Payroll 3 plan. Employees can now cost their leave to a job or department while submitting their request. Easy! To get access to this new functionality, update your app to version 1.1.0.

The costing for timesheets option was temporarily unavailable, and is now showing again for users on our Payroll 3 plan.

Some users may have experienced delays when opening the app, these issues are now resolved and working as expected.

We've fixed an issue where users would uninstall and reinstall the app and their pin wouldn't clear. This is now resolved, and when the app is reinstalled the user will be taken to the log in screen. Users were experiencing an issue logging in when their time was set to 'Manual'. These users will now be shown a pop up message telling them to update their time settings to 'Auto'.

We’ve resolved an issue where users were getting stuck on a blank loading screen if they closed out of the app while it was logging them in.

We’ve made some recent updates to improve the experience when adding time entries and fixed launching issues on iOS 12.5.5.
