With Smorg, you can access personalised health programs from trained health professionals and coaches that help you hit your health goals. Users that have been enrolled by their health coach will be able to access features such as: Personalised onboarding Structured videos and lessons Exercise plans Coaches notes Personalised meal plans Advanced personalised nutrition Import recipes from internet sites using iOS Share Sheets Add/modify your own recipes Compile shopping lists of ingredients Progress tracking INFORMATION ABOUT THE APP: The Smorg app is free to download, but requires a pre-registered account or a unique code provided to you by your health coach, If you have been enrolled onto a program by a health coach, use your existing credentials to sign in to the app after you have downloaded it. Subscription payments taken in the app are charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal in iTunes account settings.
