We do so through physical challenges, designed to improve health through increasing sleep or physical activity.

The users have access to a full workout program library with videos to learn the correct technique.
***Weight Loss***
A simple system to help achieve their weight goals with the nutrition section which guides the user towards healthy sustainable weight loss, not fast and unhealthy ways.
***Wellness Department***
A library of health content, to improve the users' knowledge from reliable sources.
***Recognition System***
A positive recognition system, designed to encourage the users to give praise to colleagues to improve work culture.
