management firms, and staffing organizations. It brings shift scheduling, real-time employee tracking, incident reporting, and
operational task management into one unified platform — enabling organizations to efficiently manage distributed field teams from a
single app.

Stafferin serves three key user groups:
- Field Staff — Security guards, facility workers, parking enforcement officers, and vehicle patrol operators who need to clock in,
report incidents, complete tours, and stay connected in the field.
- Supervisors — Team leads who oversee daily operations, review reports, manage dispatches, and monitor live employee locations.
- Administrators — Organization-level managers handling staff scheduling, leave approvals, report sign-offs, and system
configuration.
Core Capabilities
Scheduling & Time Tracking — Employees view assigned shifts, claim open shifts, request shift swaps, and clock in/out with
GPS-verified geofencing. Managers get full visibility into attendance, break times, and shift completion.
Real-Time Location Tracking — Continuous background GPS tracking ensures managers always know where field staff are. Geofencing
enforces that employees clock in only at designated sites.
Incident Reporting — Field staff can file detailed incident reports with witness info, photo evidence, speech-to-text dictation,
and grammar checking. Reports flow through an admin approval workflow.
NFC Tours & Patrol Verification — Security guards scan NFC checkpoints during patrol rounds, providing verifiable proof of
completed tours. Beacon scanning adds an additional layer of patrol verification.
Vehicle Patrol Management — Live GPS tracking of patrol vehicles on a real-time map, with session management, image uploads,
duration tracking, and full offline support with automatic sync.
Guard Dispatch — Dispatch tasks are assigned, tracked, and filtered by date and status. Field staff receive assignments instantly
and update progress in real-time.
Safety & Emergency Features — A one-tap SOS button sends an immediate emergency alert with the employee's live location to
dispatch. Lone Worker Protection provides timed check-ins for solo workers, with automatic escalation if they don't respond.
Visitor Management — Track visitor check-ins and check-outs, record license plates, log visit durations, and maintain a complete
visitor history with admin approval workflows.
Parking Enforcement — Officers create violation tickets with vehicle details, license plates, fine amounts, and photo documentation
— all from the field.
Leave & Availability — Employees submit leave requests with attachments, view balances, and track approval status. Managers approve
or deny from the admin panel
Key & Asset Tracking — Log key checkouts and returns with purpose notes, maintaining a full audit trail of asset custody.
Task Management — Create, assign, and track tasks with priority levels and status updates. A Kanban board view gives teams a visual
overview of work in progress.
Communication — Built-in team chat, organization-wide announcements, work instructions, an internal classifieds board, and a
centralized notification center keep everyone aligned.
Custom Forms & Reports — A form builder allows admins to create custom report templates. Security runsheets, pay slips, and tax
