Daily check-in questions will help you IDENTIFY and decode your current mental status.

Once you identify your mental status, you can then understand and RECOGNIZE your mental wellness trends.

Status provides a personalized dashboard to help you ACKNOWLEDGE and track your results on a daily basis and recognize patterns of what triggers you positively or negatively.

Status recognizes those patterns and helps give you the tools and methods to ENCOURAGE you in your resolve to progress.

Through these tools and methods, Status can help EMPOWER you to understand what it takes to gain control of your mental wellness.

Status allows you to establish accountability partners and/or guardians to help you along your journey. A guardian or accountability partner can be a coach, mentor, parent, coworker, leader etc.

Status is also releasing the ability to create and add groups to better stay connected with your different groups. whether that is a family group, a work group, or an athlete group. SOS also allows users to have fast connection to emergency help when in crisis.
