The STBB Direct application is the perfect tool to do cost calculations on the go. It’s free, and anyone can use it to do a variety of calculations relating to the sale or purchase of a property. It also allows users to share the calculations directly from the application with a buyer, seller or other third party.

As an added bonus, estate agents with deals at STBB are now able to track the progress of their deals on their mobile devices. Notifications can even be set up for pre-selected milestones in the process. An estate agent will also be able to pull the ever so popular STBB progress reports directly from the device with the tap of a button - anytime, any day.
Estate agents have access to the details, documents, progress notes and contacts relating to a specific deal easing communication and keeping the agent in control.
