O aplicativo Sysdam é uma ferramenta de consulta e inserção de dados para a manutenção e o monitoramento de uma barragem utilizando recursos como câmera e geolocalização. Para disparar o evento de localização em segundo plano, o usuário deverá estar com uma inspeção ativa e se movimentar. Esse rastreamento ocorre apenas ao utilizar o aplicativo, onde os usuários que utilizam o aplicativo concordam com os termos de uso e entendem a captura da localização como uma funcionalidade necessária. The Sysdam application is a query and data entry tool for the maintenance and monitoring of a dam using features such as a camera and geolocation. It is used by inspectors who want to ascertain the current situation of a dam, where we can inspect or verify the reading value of the dam's instruments. The features of Sysdam are: • Capture the user's route to know the distance shifted as a function of time • Inserting items on the map, pointing out anomalies in the dam, including description and photos • List of all anomalies found • Synchronization of items found with a web system (in use and in the background) • View of the dam instruments on the map • Graphical display of the last readings of an instrument • Reading an instrument using a form • Synchronize reading performed with a web system • View documents saved on the web system Details of the background location feature: Our app has a geo-tracking feature whenever a user initiates an inspection. To trigger the location event in the background, the user must have an active inspection and move around. This tracking occurs only when using the app, where users who use the app agree to the terms of use and understand location capture as a necessary feature. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
