The Employee Attendance, Shop Visit, and Expense Management Admin App is a centralized platform designed for managers and business owners to effectively monitor and control day-to-day field operations. Key Features: Employee Attendance Tracking – View real-time check-in/check-out data, working hours, and leave status. Shop Visit Monitoring – Track employee shop visits with time, date, and location details Expense Reporting – Approve, reject, or review employee expense claims with proper documentation. Data Insights & Reports – Generate reports for attendance, visits, and expenses to make informed business decisions. User Management – Add, manage, and assign employees with role-based access. It can be used by any business or organization to manage their internal operations such as timesheets, expenses, and visit entries. Each company can create its own accounts and manage its own data.

1) Visit entries: In visit entries check in search bar with verify icon. In existing retailer it verify the prospective retailer click the verify icon it show the prospective retailer in the popup we can select to avoid duplicates same for prospective retailer it show the existing retailer and new retailer it show both existing and prospective we can select if not else means we can create new retailer Auto checkout from admin side In prospective retailer, retailer list show both type -1 vendor rejected and kyc status pending retailer and type - 0 new retailer check in and check out location add the refresh button validation for contact person mobile and owner mobile in check in and check out in visit entry If contact person is not enter it is validate and show alert please enter contact person or select contact person before capture the camera. In checkout remove upload button, empty fields comes from the api and state and city fetch from location and it autofill the state and city Prospective retailer it show the created retailer by that employee only show 2) punch page: In punch page decrease loading time to fetch location and add date & time 3) Leave Module: Add Leave Request: Fill and submit a leave request form; submitted requests appear in the list. 4) Orders: Order menu shown for with their retailer order information and order detailed page with status. In order page separate into three status ongoing, delivered, rejected with date filter 5) Random retailer in dashboard: Random retailer also validate mobile number. 6) Visit Report: In visit report duration show wrong fix this issues 7) Expense: Expense upload issue fixed and make submit loading delay decreased 8) Login: Device limit exceed issue fixed using device id and set one signal id for the notification 9) Dashboard: In dashboard retailer, cp, vendor click the card it show the name and city in the popup 10)Retailer Report: Retailer Report page for Sales and Zonal Heads to display city-wise retailer lists with city filter. 11)Employee Report for Super Admin: Onboarded retailer counts for the last 3 months, last month, and this month. Order counts for the last 3 months, last month, and this month. Info button to display detailed order split counts. Shops visited counts (Existing, Prospective, New Retailers). Info button showing visit details including company name, reason for visit, and visit date. Date filter and employee filter available for all report sections.
