Ticketable Scanner turns any phone into a fast, reliable door for your events. It's the official check-in companion to Ticketable — built for the people working the door.
Point the camera at a ticket's QR code and you get an instant green tick, the holder's name and ticket type, plus a haptic buzz and a sound — so your team keeps the line moving without a second glance. If a ticket has already been scanned, you get a clear amber warning ("Already checked in at 19:42") that informs but never blocks: your staff decide who comes in.
WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL
Basement venues, packed festival fields, overloaded WiFi — none of it stops the door. Download an event's guest list and the scanner runs fully offline: tickets are checked on the device, admissions are queued, and everything syncs automatically the moment you're back online. Every offline admission is clearly flagged, so nothing slips through.

SECURE SIGN-IN
Sign in with Apple or with your email and password — the same Ticketable account you use on the web dashboard. Door staff just need a team invite; there are no separate logins to manage.

This is the door-scanning app. Creating events, selling tickets, refunds and reporting all live on the Ticketable web dashboard. Ticketable is free event ticketing with no platform fees — you keep 100% of your sales and only pay card-processing at cost.
