General App Capabilities Summary:
Contract workers on Title Cliique list their credentials/qualifications, their geographic working boundaries, prior employment experience, and deliverable turnaround time. Employers/Agents,including Title agencies, underwriting companies, and other real estate transaction/due diligence companies pick a contract worker based on their credentials and geographic location and can directly book them for a job, assign project deliverables, and host conference meetings as well as group chats.

Employer/Agent User Capabilities:
Employers/Agents create employer profiles that explain the purpose of their companies and interest for contract workers with qualifications and credentials they specifically need.
Using the horizontal employee scroll, Employers/Agents can select a contract worker to use based on their geographic location, project deliverable timeline, qualifications, and other credentials.
After assigning the contract worker to a particular job, Employers/Agents can create new “tasks” with templates that allow for the contract worker to check off what tasks have been completed with regards to a specific project deliverable all in a separate chat room. Employers/Agents can discuss logistical in-person closing or other business meeting expectations within the chat room.
Employers/Agents schedule meetings and work events on a calendar that can be shared with contract worker and track contract worker’s physical location if need be for an in-person closing, property inspection, or other in-person business activity that requires the contract worker to arrive at a specific location at a particular time
After the job, Employers/Agents can rate the contract worker based on their performance and provide feedback to the contract worker directly, enabling the contract worker to enhance their professional growth, meet expectations, and establish long term relationships with employers.
Employers/Agents “favorite” past contract workers to work with again in the future and give them a star rating based on performance.
Contract Worker User Capabilities:
Contract workers can create profiles listing prior work experience, certifications and qualifications, deliverable turnaround time, reviews, and geographic location working boundaries
May directly message Employers/Agents of interest to inquire about new job opportunities
Can connect with each other on the platform to expand personal and professional networks
After being offered a job by an Employer/Agent, the contract worker can accept the job, include the job in their calendar, and directly communicate with their employer in a private chat room about project task being asked of them
Enabled to share their physical location the day of closings, property inspections, or any other in-person business meeting that requires the employer to be aware of their location
