Forest Therapy has evolved to become a therapeutic practice that combines nature immersion with a broad range of mindfulness techniques. Research has proven that Forest Therapy can help decrease stress, boost your immune system and improve your overall mental health. TreeQuility’s introductory sessions explain the brief history and origins of Forest Therapy. The app will give you the tools to create your own practice.
TreeQuility will open your eyes to see that nature is all around you – all it takes is shifting your perspective. You can find greenspace to try TreeQuility’s Forest Therapy sessions in large forests, your local grassy knoll or even beside a potted succulent plant inside your home.
The TreeQuility App will conveniently locate any partnering parks or gardens and allow you to enjoy these spaces in a new, immersive way. Our curated sessions will transcend your experience beyond simply reading the same signs. You will be guided to use your senses to rediscover your go-to park or garden as you never imagined. Payment will be charged on the credit card connected to your iTunes Account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless turned off in your iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
