We have added over 9,000 new ancient Egyptian words to the main dictionary, bringing the total number to 64,650. We gratefully acknowledge the Berlin-Brandenburg Academy of Sciences and Humanities and Simon Schweitzer for their generous permission to use their data for these new words.

This is a major revision! The user interface is much more intuitive now and is better supported in additional languages. Many new features including three new options to identify, select, and enter hieroglyphs. Reorganized Master Dictionary, merged duplicates, added 119 new words and titles. Now you can sort results by Latin or Egyptian lexicographical order (per Edel, 1955).
