Fixes an issue when managing blocked profiles

Thank you for using W | Bear! Discover who follows you nearby. You can now sort and search by name your favorites, followers and following. W | Bear now is faster loading profiles and albums and will use less data. We have fixed a display bug in the main tab for iOS 10.
