Chat update for communication in orders

We have improved the Cost calculation section. We added the “Use as a template” button, which allows you to create a customs clearance cost calculation request based on the one you have already made, making the necessary changes.

Updated Purchases section: - added filters to the list of requests. - provided the ability to open the mobile version of the request page within the system. - enabled users to tag other users during communication. - improved notification functionality.

Logistics module has been updated

Added background loading of photos in the Photos section.
