Individuals can also monitor their health via the Wellness Plus and our IoT devices.

-Book a hospital visit with your registered hospital to save you stress and waiting time.
-View your appointment histories.
-You can also reschedule or cancel an appointment before the appointment day.

REQUEST FOR DRUG REFILL
-In case you can’t find your drug in your selected hospital, we got you covered. All you need to do is request for a drug refill via the App.
REQUEST FOR AN AUTHORIZATION CODE
-Request for an authorization code and get it sent to your registered phone number immediately.
REQUEST HMO CARD
-Request for a new HMO Card whenever you want to renew it.
-You can also request for a card if you are a new Enrollee.
