Wonder Script features a script formatting engine that complies with industry standards (WGA reference specifications), automatically recognizing and formatting key elements including scene headings, character names, dialogue, action descriptions, and transition cues. Throughout the creative process, users are not required to manually adjust indentation, capitalization, or page layout—the system generates deliverable, standardized scripts in accordance with industry conventions, supporting export for shooting preparation, submission, or archiving.
**Role-Based Script Practice**
Users may create individual practice entries for each character within a script and freely switch between character perspectives during rehearsal. The system supports seamless playback of multi-character dialogue within the same scene, along with a line-by-line read-along mode, enabling actors to conduct targeted rehearsals for specific characters. Practice session records are saved locally, facilitating subsequent review and version comparison across personal rehearsals, small-group scene work, and classroom instruction.
**Custom Voice Modeling with Expressive Speech Playback**
This feature is built upon speech synthesis technology, allowing users to rapidly construct custom voice models by recording a short sample audio session. During playback, users may independently adjust speaking rate, pitch, pause distribution, and emotional parameters (including but not limited to anger, sadness, joy, tension, and serenity) for different dialogue passages, delivering expressive speech output. Wonder Script provides three material import channels: scanning of printed scripts using the device camera, direct input or pasting of plain text content, and import of standard PDF files. Upon import, the system automatically recognizes and converts the original structure and formatting, rapidly incorporating external materials into the application workflow and effectively reducing time spent on manual re-entry and reorganization.
**Customizable Script Elements**
Users may flexibly manage various structural elements of a script according to project requirements or personal workflow habits, including but not limited to addition, deletion, renaming, and reordering of scenes, characters, action descriptions, dialogue, and transition cues.
