Update on R15.1 with a code fix

YellowJacket Release No: R15.1 Release Date 08.03.2019 This release of YellowJacket includes the following enhancement and additions: Revised Audit and Inspection Reports: These now include a capability to add an Executive Summary. The layout of the report has also been refreshed. After the report header is a table of actions, in risk rating order (high to low). In this section the Action ID is hyperlinked back to the detail, and each action in the report will include any photos that have been added. The detailed question responses then follow, with observations details including floorplan images and observation photos. Once completed YellowJacket now provides the opportunity to send a copy of the Audit or Inspection report via email to other recipients. Two new reports have been added in this release: An Observation Report: This report enables a user to easily search for observations across commissions, within a date range and identify who raised them. A broad set of selection parameters are provided when running the report. Observations with Actions Report: A detailed report showing Observations and associated Actions will be added in R15.1 This detailed report will be accessible to System Admins only, from the System Admin Reports menu. Changes have been made to several existing YellowJacket reports: Inspection Scorecard Report; Incident by Cause Report; and Observation by Performance Category Report. This release also includes changes to the Action Management process in YellowJacket: If an action is allocated by the user to themselves the close-out process has been simplified. This is now a single step process. Furthermore, no automatic email notification will be sent to the user. Although YellowJacket allows the identification of an Organisation responsible for an observation, in R15.1 any resulting action may only be allocated to an organisation with a valid licence.

The YellowJacket Mobile App now allows you select what Commission data you want synchronised to your device. The App also now allows Observations with Actions to be published whilst still working on open Audits or Inspection.

Within the tool, work packages can be tailored to your organisation, making this as relevant as possible to you and your needs.
