At YoJo, you will have access to our curated monthly programing, or you can hand-pick classes based on your specific needs. We are a fully equipped studio with live and on-demand classes and drop new audio content weekly episodes. Classes are curated for everything from getting into shape to nervous system regulation to sleep support. You will also be able to track your moods and your practices! We will help you find more of the classes you would like once you get started so you can spend more time de-stressing.
Move// Meditate//Chill Out// Learn
MOVE: Enjoy classes tailored to the aches and pains of sitting in front of a computer all day. Classes vary from Stretch at Your Desk to more active Move on the Mat (yoga or pilates classes or restorative yoga) classes.
MEDITATE: Unwind with a 20-minute session featuring gentle stretches, guided meditation, and breathwork that you can enjoy on your workday commute, in your PJs at home, or sitting in your backyard.
LEARN: Access YoJo's workshop menu and bonus content, conveniently segmented for easy consumption, covering topics related to emotional wellness, professional skills
Our friendly instructors are subject matter experts and will quickly become the wellness best friend who lives in your phone, always ready to offer you support and guidance.
