Yunna is an app that connects freelance handmade crafters with handmade craft business who need extra help fulfilling their orders. Handmade craft business who already have established businesses can create an account to post orders that they would like a freelancer to complete with the amount of pay they are willing to give the freelancer for completing the order and shipping it to their customer. Features are listed below: User Registration: Allow users (both businesses and freelancers) to create accounts with email User Profiles: Enable users to build detailed profiles showcasing their skills, experience, portfolio, and reviews. Order Listings: Businesses are able to post order listings with descriptions, offered pay, and deadlines. Order Search: Freelancers can browse and search for orders based on criteria like category, keywords, location, and offered pay. Messaging System: In-app messaging for direct communication between businesses and freelancers. Application Submission: Freelancers can submit applications for work answering detailed questions from the business. Payment Gateway: Secure payment processing through integration with Stripe Escrow System: Hold funds in escrow until work orders are completed and shipped to ensure payment security. Shipping: Shipping functionality incorporated through Shippo's API that allows businesses to pay for shipping labels and send to freelancers for fast and easy shipping/delivery to the customer. Rating System: Both businesses and freelancers can rate and review each other after an order is completed to encourage transparency and accountability. Feedback System: Provide feedback to help users improve their profiles and services. Project Management & File Sharing: Allow the exchange of pictures, files and documents related to the work order. Reporting: Generate reports on order completion, payments, and user activity Notifications: Notify users of messages, application responses, and order updates. Email Alerts: Send email notifications for important updates. Dispute Resolution: A mechanism to handle and resolve disputes between businesses and freelancers. Advanced Search Filters: Allow users to refine job searches with filters like location, offered pay range, and skill level. Portfolio Showcase: Freelancers/Businesses can showcase their previous work Attachments: Allow attaching images, documents, and links to messages/chats. Identity Verification: Users required to verify their identity. Admin Dashboard: A comprehensive dashboard for platform administrators to manage users, orders, and payments.
