ZUDDHA APP has been created as an expression of love for the sharing of Yogic & the Internal Arts Wisdom & Knowledge in service to realising One’s True Nature and Self.
What is the meaning of ZUDDHA?
ZUDDHA is a Sanskrit word which translates as pure, unadulterated, sacred, uncorrupt, correct, rectified, clean, and natural.
ZUDDHA welcomes you as a Home to the Yogic & Internal Arts.
This includes Yogic practices from various traditions and Qigong/ Neigong practices from Daoist traditions.
ZUDDHA YOGA is a powerful practice based on the principle that Yoga is the 'brother' & Ayurveda is the 'sister'. It was born out of the apparent need within the West to assist in the practitioner being able to establish a deeper awareness of themselves in relation to their body & Ayurvedic Dosha type.
ZUDDHA YOGA has its deep foundational roots within Patanjali's Ashtanga or 8-fold path of yoga.
The Qigong and Neigong teachings shared show how powerful seated meditative practices can develop an abundance of Qi within the body that strongly increases health & vitality.
The wisdom & knowledge within ZUDDHA is rooted & based in 25 years experience of esoteric discovery, meditation, Yoga, Qigong & Neigong practice expressed through various traditions, cultures & faiths.
The Hearts Intent of ZUDDHA is to encapsulate this wisdom & knowledge derived from the past 25 years into the format of an online presence, expressed in a multitude of forms that aim to uplift & inspire your life's journey in discovery of One’s True Nature and Self.
The forms of expression are live online classes, professionally recorded tutorials of yoga practices, meditations & teachings, written word inspiration, spontaneous sharing through live-streaming, musical offerings & so much more.

It is important to understand that ZUDDHA is an attempt at an Aquarian model of truth & sharing. ZUDDHA will evolve and grow as the Collective ‘common-unity’ develops, assisted by the response & feedback received.
The ‘ZUDDHA’ App offers a continual source of free & paid Yogic and Qigong sharings that inspire creativity and commitment to One’s practice and journey through life.

ZUDDHA HOLISTIC THERAPY is a One to One offering shared online via Zoom.
Many other offerings are manifesting as the seasons change & the need for certain practices arise relevant to the times.
ZUDDHA aims is to support, nurture & nourish your life’s expression & assist it into its full potential & being.

The download of ZUDDHA is free of charge. No free trial offered. Should you use ZUDDHA app to access in-app content via available subscription(s), a payment will be charged to your credit card through your App Store account . A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.
Subscription(s) can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
