What’s New in Equigate? In this update, we’ve added several features designed to make your day-to-day work even easier, so you can focus on delivering top-level care. Here’s what’s new: Automated Payment Reminders: Clients will now receive automated reminders every 7 days for any unpaid invoices, via either app notification or email. Unread Message Alerts: If clients haven’t read your messages within 6 hours, they’ll now receive an email notification to prompt them to check the app. Notification Sounds: Keep on top of things with our new notification sounds (iOS only for now). Videos in Messaging: You can now attach videos to your messages for clearer communication - one more step to move you away from all other messaging platforms. Edit and Delete Sent Messages: Made a mistake? No worries, you can now edit or delete messages you’ve already sent. Simply click and hold the message and you will get a pop up. Payment Terms on Invoices: Add your custom payment terms to invoices, which will be included on the PDF invoice. Extra Custom Fields in Reports: As if 10 wasn't already enough….we’ve added four new customisable fields to report layouts, giving you even more flexibility with your record keeping. Edit markup diagrams: Missed something off a diagram markup? Don’t worry, you can now edit the diagram with any additional content you missed. Import previous notes: At the start of an appointment note, import your last set of notes as a starting point so you don’t have to re-type everything again Add documents to your resources library: Got PDF templates of exercise prescriptions or other documents you want to add when making a report? No sweat, add them to your library for fast access. Built in document scanner: Saddle fitters (or any other profession for that matter) are you ready? Say goodbye to your paper templates, with accurate & to scale document scanning for record keeping like never before!
