ErgCentral is the first team-oriented solution for Concept 2 ergometers. Workouts scheduled on ErgCentral are instantly sent to all team members through the ErgCentral Mobile App. The Mobile App connects to the Concept 2 PM5 monitor via Bluetooth to pre-set the workout details and gather workout data.
When athletes complete their workouts through the ErgCentral Mobile App, stroke-by-stroke data is sent to a central repository for coaches to review. ErgCentral Advanced Analytics will help you gain insights, while Leaderboard will make your workouts fun and bring a competitive edge to your training plan.
