With the eXperiBot Blockly app, the visual code editor for the eXperiBot educational robot from Cornelsen Experimenta, programming becomes tangible.
The app is designed for use in school lessons and offers students from the 5th grade onwards an exciting introduction to programming. The intuitive drag-and-drop operation of the block editor and the simple and fast execution of programs on the eXperiBot educational robot clearly and practically convey programming concepts such as conditions, loops, and variables. With the three available learning levels that build on each other, the scope and complexity of the available programming blocks can be adapted according to individual learning pace. In addition to the beginner-friendly block view, programs can also be displayed side-by-side in the Python programming language to enable a transition to advanced computer science lessons.
Thanks to its patented modular connector system, the eXperiBot educational robot is ready for use in just a few minutes without the need for complicated assembly. Thanks to its modularity, the robot can be perfectly adapted to different teaching content. Extensive teaching materials can be accessed directly in the app and are constantly being expanded. This ensures simple lesson preparation and practice-oriented learning in line with the curriculum. With the eXperiBot educational robot, students not only gain experience in programming and robotics but also develop important skills such as creative problem solving, abstract thinking, and team spirit.
