sotteは、出水市高尾野町下水流に所在する【有限会社 三友建設】の建築部門の呼称です。
正式には【sotte 事業部】として活動しており、併設する【studio smooth】でプランニング+デザインし、【三友建設】で施工を行っております。
建築家やアトリエ系設計事務所の考えるようなデザイン住宅を、適正な価格でご提供できるイイトコドリの会社です。

このアプリは、そんな私たち「sotte」の家づくりを、これから家づくりをはじめるお客様によりわかりやすく伝えることができるようにと開発しました。
