Hekta helps you build habits with the people you care about. Pick a habit, set a daily goal, and keep each other going. It's calm, supportive, and all about showing up together.
A shared Streak you keep alive, together
Your group shares one Streak. Everyone logs their daily habit, and the Streak grows for as long as the team keeps showing up. Miss a day? A grace window has your back. And when a teammate logs theirs, send a quick cheer to keep them going.
Hekta works with Apple Health. Connect a steps challenge and your progress logs itself. Sync is optional and Health permissions stay in your hands.
How it works
• Start from a suggested habit, or set up your own.
• Pick a steady daily goal, or a progressive one that grows over time.
• Invite a few friends to a small, private group, or go solo.
• Log your reps each day to keep your Streak alive.
• Cheer your teammates on and follow the group's activity feed.

• Steps and drinking water challenges now sync with Apple Health. Steps log themselves, history included, and water logs you add write back, even from the widget.
• Schedule a challenge for later, choose which notifications you get, and app badges now show the right count.
• Plus a new Discord link in About, smoother invites, and plenty of polish.
