We're kintsÜgi – the friendly coaching app that will help you achieve healthier habits with your phone. We have an encouraging approach and we'll celebrate your journey from unconscious to conscious phone use – one day at a time. And don't worry: we don't use app blockers or time limits – we found those just as frustrating as you did! Think of us as your pocket-sized guide to help you reclaim your life from your phone.
Why the name? Kintsugi is the Japanese art of mending broken pottery with gold. No broken pot can be put back together the same way — and likewise, with kintsÜgi, your journey will be as unique as you are. Through the tools we provide, you tailor your journey to your needs. You can choose the packs that best suit your goals, and through them we'll suggest daily exercises to help you not only build a more positive relationship with your phone, but also address the root of any problematic behaviours you have with it. Using science-backed data, we'll offer easy practices and simple tools that will help you 'disconnect to reconnect'. Expect practical phone-use tips, presence exercises, and fun ways to re-engage — with your surroundings, the people around you, and of course, yourself.

By signing up, you will get access to subscription(s) that include features such as progress tracking, and offline sync.
The download of kintsÜgi is free of charge. Should you use kintsÜgi to access in-app content via available subscription(s), a payment will be charged to your credit card after the trial period ends and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.
Subscription(s) can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
