The MKTG+ OPEN SEASON APP is a resource center that lets us stay connected with our APWU Health Plan Representatives (HPRs) year-round, and not just during Open Season. This MKTG+ OS App and the App’s portal have a double sign-in feature for security reasons.
What does that mean?
Once you have received access to the MKTG+ OS App from the administrator, you must sign into the App itself, which places you in the dashboard area. Then, you must sign into the pages to review the information within the App. This required feature is for security purposes because of the information provided. Although it is not PHI or other personal information others may see, we don’t want to give access to anyone who is not an eligible user.
