Reflectle is a smartphone application (& cloud service) that dramatically improves the effectiveness and efficiency of communication skills training, such as presentation/speech, sales negotiation, and interview skills.
It is based on a video camera application, with the addition of a function that allows users to evaluate each individual scene and provide feedback (patented). After shooting, you can replay and check only the areas you have evaluated with a single touch. In addition, the recorded video and feedback can be shared with the team via the cloud.
This greatly increases the effectiveness of role-playing and rehearsals, and also allows instructors to provide feedback from a distance.
In assessments, the reason for each situation can be shared with the assessed person with less effort than recording in Word or Excel, leading to improved training effectiveness and accountability.
