Sharing account identity and member information is optional. • Saved views are stored as collection records, preserving Obsidian Base comments and layout when edited. Saved views and Scratchpad records support collections with custom type-field names. Saved-view caching is bounded, and late reads cannot restore outdated results. • Improved setup compatibility with earlier TaskNotes collections, preserving custom field mappings and the Cancelled status. Earlier unmodified task starter types can receive reviewed upgrades. • Custom text, number, boolean, date and list properties from migrated TaskNotes v4 collections appear in task details without changing their schemas. Collections requiring a newer TaskNotes version show App-update guidance. • Brief background and foreground refreshes stay quiet. Longer refreshes show an indicator without shifting the layout, and connection warnings retain recovery actions. Try again can recover failed collection startup, and returning to the app refreshes paginated views. • Task creation retries retain the original submission to avoid duplicate tasks after an uncertain save. Deletion recovery works when the task is already gone, and follow-up reminder or archive failures no longer report an accepted save as failed. • Tasks can be created directly as completed, including checked Scratchpad drafts. Capture keeps the correctly parsed title when other fields are edited. • Recurrence editing preserves exact imported end times. Changes to task-model defaults update existing tasks immediately. Reminder reconciliation stays with its original collection when switching collections. • Scratchpad loads larger note and image histories with fewer requests. When several notes are active, reopening keeps the most recently modified one current and moves the others into history without changing their content. • Scratchpad task review and the collection picker improve keyboard focus and modal accessibility. Clicking blank task-row space or supporting text opens the task while keeping its other controls independent. • Large collections transfer less data during loading and refresh. The demo now matches connected collections more closely for search, defaults, counts, limits and recurring tasks, and Projects loads its task identities correctly.

This update brings TaskNotes' calendar, boards, and phone layouts in line with your task lists: • Calendar and Upcoming use the same relative dates as your lists, and mark due-day and tracked-time entries. • On phones, the month view shows a dot per task and lists the chosen day below; Agenda gives titles the full width. • Swipe a task right to complete it, or left for quick actions like Schedule tomorrow. • Boards show one full column at a time on phones, with a bar to jump between columns. • Reorder the desktop sidebar by dragging, and tidier Settings and Projects screens. • Navigation labels stay readable with larger text sizes.

This update makes everyday use clearer: • Today's tasks now appear above overdue ones, and dates read relative to today. • Overdue dates are highlighted, and task rows show their project. • A cleaner new-task sheet with removable date, project, and tag chips. • Task notes open ready to read, with one tap to edit. • Scratchpad links show their titles, and phone lists give task titles more room. • Fixes for saving reminder edits and removing the last reminder.
