Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Share tasks, shopping lists and expenses with family and friends in one place. New: 8 color themes, dark mode and home screen widgets!
Yaploo is a simple, good-looking app for keeping track of tasks, lists and expenses together. No sign-up needed: open the app, create your group and invite others with a 6-digit join code.
SHARED LISTS
Sort to-dos and shopping items into lists (groceries, work, home, projects). Whatever one member adds shows up for everyone instantly.
SMART REMINDERS
Set one-time, daily, weekly or monthly reminders for tasks so nothing slips through.
EXPENSES AND DEBTS
Log shared expenses, see who owes whom, and mark debts as paid.
MULTIPLE GROUPS
Join several groups at once and switch between them with a single tap.
MAKE IT YOURS
Pick one of 8 color themes and light, dark or system mode. Add the home screen widget to see and tick off tasks without opening the app.
PRIVACY FIRST
No account, no personal details. Each group's data is visible only to its own members; groups cannot see each other's data.
With Yaploo, your family, friends or anyone you share life with stays on the same page.
