AirConsole is one of the few devices on the market for connecting the COM-ports to iOS through WiFi network. I use this device to connect skydive altimeters equipped with COM-port to my iPhone and iPad. This application allows you to manage AirConsole device settings via iPhone.
For AirConsole device with the custom firmware from Blue Skies Software this application in addition to change settings can upload firmware via FTP and upgrade it.
