Patch release to fix sync issue after relicensing

Issues resolved : IOS 11 compatibility: IOS 11 issues for a company holding lot of violation images and performing a full data synchronization. Image error appeared when synchronizing : If you had incomplete inspections with images, when FH Inspector synchronized with the Firehouse database, the following error message appeared. "Image Submission Error : There was problem with the submitting of images. The following images were discarded." Inspection Time: Inspection completion time captured/shown accurately articulating Timezone information. Note: Requires updated version of Cloud sync utility.

FHinspector has received a significant overhaul for version 1.1.0. We've rethought the workflows to improve usability and increase your efficiency: • Updated interface design for every screen in the app to make your user experience better. • Inspection Map Screen - You now have more options for sorting and filtering by inspection due date. - Improved how new hydrants are added. • Bug fix: Changed aspects (FD initials and violation codes) of the PDF Inspection Report functionality. The previous version was causing some iPads to crash. • Added the version number to the footer for all of the Login screens (to facilitate future debugging). • Bug fix: Corrected the way the app handles occupants without latitude and longitude information.
