Modalities (sets, reps, rest, duration, weight, tempo, frequency, RPE) are now edited directly on each exercise card. On mobile, the interface is cleaner and steps out of the way while you type. Similar exercises From an open exercise, browse alternatives that share its goals and body parts, preview them without leaving the page, and swap the exercise while keeping the prescription you already entered.
