Better Word Processing Functionality

Writing on this app with the Apple Pencil is great. However, when I may need to type my notes in class when a lecturer is speaking quickly, I need to type using my iPad’s keyboard. What I noticed is that when changing to keyboard mode on the app is that I’m unable to change the size or font of the text how I see fit, leading to a small amount of text on a lot of papers.
Very good but keep experiencing ipencil issues

I love using this application. I find it very useful for taking school notes. however every few days when trying to write with my ipencil my writing keeps lagging. It has nothing to do with the pencil itself but the app because on other apps it words completely fine. In order to resolve this issue I have to continuously delete the app and re-download it. Then I have to set up the app from scratch! I googled this issue and it seems like I am not alone. It can get frustrating when doing it on a weekly basis

search function useless

Seaarch function broken on Macbook Air M1 MacOs Monterey doesn't highlight text only takes you to the page with the search item in it. This means that if you have 200 words on a page you have no idea where the thing you've searched for is. Issue known for months but no fix. Very stupid because search function is central to anyone trying to do serious work of pdf annotating in goodnotes
- You can now rotate Sticky Notes and Shapes, even when rotating a group selection
- You’ll get a confirmation before leaving a document if the AI is still generating a response
- Fixed an issue where the cursor color could change unexpectedly when adding comments or replies in Text Documents on iPad and iPhone
- Fixed an issue where Chinese Pinyin input could show up as Latin letters when searching in a document
