Overloaded and confusing once you like to do anything other than booking a cab. When you change details on your account you are being bombarded with emails whether you did this from a particular location and device. Details provided are wrong. Neither device matches nor location (10,000 km away) albeit changes done by me. Also, once you log out your account is gone. Log in brings you back to sign up menu. There is no option to log into your account back again. Not with face ID, not with PIN, not with any credentials you signed up with. Put in my phone number, had new account all of a sudden. Tried to delete it, no option in app. Checked online, you need to search in app help center for „delete“ or „deactivate“. Did so. Nothing came up in app. On Grab help section here in app store it comes up but it only leads you back to app login screen. So running in circles with no option to delete account. 1* for wasting my time.
