Practice Anywhere: Use Monona Coach indoors or outside. Make sure the basketball is visible across the shooting motion, the background is free of people and other basketball, and the camera is side view. Shoot as many shots as you want: Monona Coach automatically breaks each shot sequence for you and provides feedback for each shot.
