Change a single letter — add, remove, or swap — to make a new valid word. Do it again. And again. How long can you keep the chain going before time runs out? WORDLADDER is a fast-paced word game that rewards vocabulary, quick thinking, and pattern recognition. Every session starts fresh. Every word you chain earns your score a step higher. HOW TO PLAY • You start with a random word • Type any valid English word that differs by exactly one letter (substitution, insertion, or deletion) • A countdown timer keeps the pressure on — chain a word to earn bonus time • Your score = total words chained. Higher is better. FEATURES • Endless survival mode — no fixed goal, just keep going • Global leaderboard — compete with players worldwide • Daily lives system — 3 games per day, or watch a short ad for more • Clean, distraction-free design built for focus • Light and dark mode COMPETE GLOBALLY Your display name and country appear on the leaderboard. Leave them blank to play as Anonymous. Under-13 players always appear anonymous, full stop. A word game for everyone — from casual players to hardcore word nerds.
