Sleep Recovery: slept short? Omni notices and offers a gentle water-goal boost about 30 minutes after you wake - approve it right from the notification. Real-time workout recovery: finish a workout and get your recovery suggestion within minutes, with a choice between a quick recovery drink or a light meal. Sugar is now visible everywhere: recipe pages, meal analysis, and daily totals - with gender-based limits (AHA). Smarter dismissals: close a warning and Omni stays quiet unless things actually get worse. Your progress survives reinstalls: streaks and personal insights are now restored from Apple Health. Many fixes for calorie consistency, weight-goal editing, and small-screen layouts.
