Messenger can be a beautiful tool if used appropriately. It is a means of remaining close to those far away. It gives a sense of belonging and a feeling of ‘you are never alone’.
You can encourage someone at the right time when moments are not so good to communicate with them.
You can share photos instantly or give help when before the giving help took longer.
Well we had another big inventor in history just like the person who invented the bell, it was complimented with a message so after the ring tone today one can get a message from a loved one or a dearest one and keeps them going through the day.

App Freezes + Photo problems
1. The app freezes very often making it impossible to click into any chats - would have to double click and swipe up to close the app and open it all over again.
2. Once a photo is taken, it doesnt send and instead a notice comes up saying that there is something wrong with the internetb connection (when its perfectly fine - also happens on 3G). Instead i would have to save the picture/video and send from camera roll. The same thing happens when sending multiple photos from camera roll - would have to send them one by one.
Hope something can be done about this.
Horrible
The app is clunky, slow to use and awful to interact with. Animations and responses are atrociously inaccurate and delayed. Voice messages and playing videos freak out whenever music is being played on the device making them unplayable and needing an app restart. Looking for a specific message in chat crashes the app or bricks your phone. Trying to make a video call on the app never works as videos are either stuck, not showing or robotic . Ever since it’s been updated messenger has turned for the worse trying to add features that don’t add to the user experience while compromising on the essential functions of the app itself.(Running on the latest iPhone)
