- Addressed an issue where opening an SMS channel would fail if the end-user's phone number didn't start with +1
- Addressed an issue where the Live feature would show that a message was still "Sending", even though it had already been sent
- Corrected a poorly worded label that was displayed when selecting a Live Chat configuration
- Changed the buttons the app provides during the login process - a new "next" and "go" button make it easier to enter your username, switch to the password field, and then login
- Addressed an issue where the Tickets feature showed the wrong priority for Autotask tickets
