El Sistema de Control de Acceso (SISCA) registra y controla de forma ordenada a las personas que ingresan a un recinto, guardando un historial con horas de entrada y salida, datos personales y la ubicación dentro del lugar. Funciona con un lector de códigos de barras bidimensional que puede leer cédulas de identidad del Tribunal Supremo de Elecciones de Costa Rica y otros documentos como pasaportes, licencias y códigos QR. También permite ingreso manual si el documento no es legible.
