迷你便利店是在熊的世界中经营自己的便利店，顾客与玩家都是憨态可掬、毛茸茸的小熊，店铺场景与商品高度还原现实中的店铺，带给玩家温馨治愈而接地气的体验。
【扮演角色】
玩家将扮演一只系着黄色领巾的白色北极熊店长，经营自己的便利店，在店中担任服务员的角色，完成各种各样的工作。
【游戏角色】
游戏中的其他角色也都是呆萌可爱的小熊，种类外形多样，穿着各式各样的服装，作为便利店中的顾客、主角及员工登场。
【场景】
游戏中的便利店场景高度贴近现实，从地铁口的地摊、街边的流动便利店、主营外卖的外卖配送店到高端的大型商场，一路发展扩张，从家乡小城一直开至世界各地，带领玩家领略不同地区的商店文化。
【玩法】
游戏玩法以轻度游玩和挂机养成为主，玩家可以在线经营便利店，也可以通过观看广告，离线挂机等方式获得收益，经营所获得的金币用于进一步升级店铺、招募员工、改良商品。
【功能】
提升系统：玩家消耗金币以提升商品售卖价格、商品制作速度，雇佣更多员工、提高员工移速，招徕顾客、增设桌椅等。
商品系统：玩家消耗钻石，购买各类商品，为店铺经营提供增益，如提升小费获取概率、更多离线奖励、更多钻石奖励等。
邮件系统：玩家通过收取邮件领取系统发放的奖励道具。
