How to register?
Register yourself online by clicking on the Register Now button on your Internet Banking Login screen or call in at any of our service units. Our staff members will gladly help you.
Download and install
1. Go to AppStore.
2. Search for SBM Mobile
3. Download and install the application on your device

How to activate?
Prior to logging in SBM Mobile for the first time, you will be required to activate the application. To do so, follow the steps below:
1. Click on the Activate button from the Login page.
2. Insert your SBM Internet Banking User ID and click on the Get OTP button.
3. Insert the OTP (One Time Password) that will be sent to you via SMS on your registered mobile number.
4. Key in a valid 4 distinct-digits MPIN and you are now connected to your Bank.

Updated app ain't user friendly at all and the app in itself is very poor. There is no consistency; one day it may work and the other day it does not.

Also, when you make a transfer, you have to wait for more than 2 hours if during the day, if transfer has been made at night then you have to wait for the next day. This should happen instantly .. Very unpromissing app i should say

Weak need improvement

Although they came with a good interface I still feel it’s quite heavy !! The main problem is connection issues it’s takes centuries to load someday it works sometimes it doesn’t Most of the times u have to force quit n try again n again in hope in works need major improvements!! Check MauBank with me it’s blazing fast very appealing

Can’t register

I tried to register as a first time user. But the app won’t load correctly. An error message keeps popping up saying it is unable to process this request. Hoping for a fix soon.
