I get the point that this is meant for business purposes but some of the updates that we get in the normal WhatsApp can also be applied on this app to make it fun for example the new update of customizing the chat theme which is not available on this app but it’d be nice to have that here too. So I think it’s better that all the updates done on the WhatsApp messenger should also be done on this WhatsApp business and you can then add the updates related to business platform.

Ive been using WhatsApp business for the longest, and its been really really great. But as of recent, when i upload statuses they show that its been uploaded but non of my contacts see the statuses. I actually have to upload the same status a couple of times for it to start showing to my contacts and its annoying because my business requires me to upload statuses on WhatsApp business status.
