- Restored the "welcome" screen with instructions for new users. - Removed unnecessary default data.

Bug fixes: - Ensure "Purge" button only shows in date navigator used for purging. - Improve stability of background colors assigned automatically to categories and codes.

- Removed test data. - Added feature to purge data (mainly to get rid of test data included in previous version). - Added help button leading to an option to read the user guide PDF without going to the website. - Fixed post-deletion and post-navigation layout bugs.

Fixed in-app purchase problem of repeating alert if item is not released for sale yet.

Ability to make In App Purchase of a pack of functional enhancements: - Create multiple configurations (e.g. for submission to different clients). - Edit time zone of entry (e.g. if logged at the wrong end of travel). - Set time zone of configuration (work in one zone, submit for another). - Map activity code to client cost code.
