AIRS - Avineon Issue Resolution System is developed for users - Avineon and Customers. This application is developed to help the user raise an issue and get it resolved
by the respective individual with an ease. This application also helps to track history of the issues raised by the customers. User can view summary of the issues raised, resolved, pending, closed, clarified, and terminated. It also shows graphical representation of the issues raised and its status.
