AIVELA provides summaries of sleep duration and rest timing, helping users recognize sleep patterns over time through clear charts and visualizations. ACTIVITY & MOVEMENT SUMMARY Track daily movement trends. AIVELA summarizes steps, estimated active calories, and general movement intensity throughout the day. For supported activities, distance may be estimated using device sensors to generate post-activity summaries for personal reference. BREATHING & RELAXATION TOOLS Optional guided sessions for mindful moments. The app offers optional breathing and relaxation sessions designed to support moments of calm and personal focus as part of a balanced daily routine. LONG-TERM TRENDS Observe changes over time. AIVELA visualizes long-term trends across rest, activity, and temperature-related data, helping users notice patterns that may relate to lifestyle routines, travel, or daily schedules. HABIT LOGGING Reflect on daily routines. Users can optionally log daily habits such as caffeine intake or meal timing.
